How we know: we tested Systeme.io hands-on in our own free-plan account. Everything here about ClickFunnels comes from its published pricing page and documentation, checked on the date shown — we have not run a ClickFunnels account ourselves, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
Short answer
Systeme.io’s own migration team will move your funnels, products, email lists, and courses from ClickFunnels for free — but only if you’re on the Unlimited monthly plan ($97/month) or any annual plan. It’s not included on the free plan or the monthly Startup/Webinar tiers. You keep both platforms running until the transfer is confirmed working, so there’s no forced downtime.

If you’re paying for ClickFunnels and looking at Systeme.io’s much lower price, the thing that actually stops most people from switching isn’t the price — it’s the work of rebuilding everything. Systeme.io addresses that directly with a done-for-you migration service. We checked the official page (systeme.io/free-migration, last updated by Systeme.io in April 2026) so you know exactly what it covers before you commit to a plan.
What actually gets migrated
Per the official page, the migration team handles a full rebuild — not just an export/import of raw data:
| What moves | How |
|---|---|
| Sales funnels & landing pages | Rebuilt in the Systeme.io page editor |
| Digital products & offers | Products, pricing, and checkout pages recreated |
| Email subscriber lists | Contacts imported, tags kept where possible |
| Email sequences & automations | Rebuilt in the Systeme.io automation editor |
| Online courses & membership content | Lessons, modules, and student access recreated |
| Customer / student records | Imported as contacts in the CRM |
| Affiliate program setup | Program structure rebuilt |
| Custom domain | DNS setup support provided |
| Blog posts | Handled by the migration team |
What doesn’t move: payment and transaction history stays with your original payment processor — Systeme.io’s migration only touches the platform layer (funnels, content, contacts), not your historical billing records.
Which plan actually qualifies
This is the detail that’s easy to miss: the official page says the service is “included with the Unlimited monthly plan ($97/month) or any annual plan.” That second half means you don’t need the priciest tier to qualify — the Startup plan billed annually is $170/year (per our own pricing breakdown) and it qualifies for the same free migration as the $97/month Unlimited tier. If your ClickFunnels setup is small enough for Startup’s limits, that’s a considerably cheaper way to unlock the same service.
| Plan | Price | Qualifies for free migration? |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | No |
| Startup (monthly) | $17/mo | No |
| Startup (annual) | $170/yr | Yes |
| Webinar (annual) | $470/yr | Yes |
| Unlimited (monthly) | $97/mo | Yes |
| Unlimited (annual) | $970/yr | Yes |

How the process works
- Sign up for the Unlimited monthly plan or any annual plan.
- Contact Systeme.io support with details of your current ClickFunnels setup — funnels, courses, contacts, and so on. The official FAQ says you can provide screenshots, export files, or a read-only login, whichever is easiest.
- Get a time estimate, then the team rebuilds everything. You review it in your new Systeme.io account before switching your domain and canceling ClickFunnels.
How long it takes
Per Systeme.io’s own FAQ: a simple migration (one funnel, an email list, a few products) typically takes 2–5 business days. Larger migrations with multiple courses, complex automation sequences, and large contact lists can take 1–2 weeks. You get a written estimate before the team starts, so you’re not guessing.
No downtime, no data deleted from ClickFunnels
Systeme.io’s team works inside your new account while your ClickFunnels setup stays live and untouched. Nothing is deleted from ClickFunnels during the process — you only switch your domain and cancel your old plan once you’ve confirmed everything works in Systeme.io. That sequencing matters if you’re nervous about a live funnel going dark mid-migration: it doesn’t, because you control the cutover.
Frequently asked questions
Is the ClickFunnels to Systeme.io migration really free?
Yes — there’s no separate fee for the migration service itself. It’s included with the Unlimited monthly plan ($97/month) or any annual plan (Startup annual $170/yr and up). You’re paying for the Systeme.io plan either way; the migration work itself doesn’t cost extra.
Do I need the Unlimited plan to get free migration?
No. The official page states it’s included with the Unlimited monthly plan or any annual plan — so the cheapest qualifying option is Startup billed annually at $170/yr, not the $97/month Unlimited tier.
What platforms can Systeme.io migrate from?
Systeme.io’s migration team lists ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Teachable, Kartra, Podia, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Keap, and WordPress/WooCommerce, plus most other major platforms. If yours isn’t listed, contact their support before signing up to confirm it’s covered.
Will I lose access to ClickFunnels during the migration?
No. Systeme.io builds your new setup in a separate account while ClickFunnels stays live. You only switch your domain and cancel ClickFunnels after confirming everything works in Systeme.io.

Try it yourself: Systeme.io’s free plan is permanent, not a trial — 3 funnels, 2,000 contacts, unlimited emails, 0% transaction fees. Start on the free plan to see the editor before committing to a paid tier for migration. (Affiliate link — see our disclosure.)
