Kept Picks (“we”, “us”) operates https://keptpicks.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose — there’s less to hide when you collect very little.

Information we collect
Information you give us. If you email us or use the contact page, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, and we keep the thread for reference.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We may also use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand which pages are read; analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
What we don’t do. We don’t run user accounts, we don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t send marketing email.
Cookies and affiliate links
Kept Picks itself sets few or no cookies. However, some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, the merchant or its affiliate network may set cookies in your browser to attribute any purchase you make. Those cookies are governed by the merchant’s own privacy policy, not ours. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how affiliate links work here.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
Embedded content
Articles may embed content from other sites (for example, videos). Embedded content behaves as if you visited that site directly, and those sites may collect data about you under their own policies.
How long we keep data
Contact emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on a rolling basis and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU and UK under GDPR, and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Since the only personal data we typically hold is email correspondence, the fastest way to exercise any of these rights is to email hello@keptpicks.com — we’ll handle it directly.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted prominently.
